 Arda is the name of the world of the Two Towers MUD, an interactive on-line game set during the War of the Ring. Arda is based upon Middle Earth as described in the works of J.R.R. Tolkien. A vast and diverse land, it stretches from the plains of Rhun in the east to the sandy beachs of Belegaer in the west, from the cold reaches of the Grey Mountains in the north to the hot climates of Far Harad in the south.
